Our facility is available to the public, 24/7 and open for casual visits during staffed hours (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm). If you would like to visit us outside of staffed hours, please let us know and we can open up for you.

Membership includes:

  • Complimentary towel service

  • 10% off all allied health services

  • 24/7 access to the reformer Pilates room.

Pricing

  • $99 access fee which includes a 1hr VALD performance & injury risk assessment with an allied health professional

  • $30 per week x no lock in contract

  • $28 per week x 12-month contract

  • $26 per week x 18-month contract

  • $30 x casual Visit

Air resistance training

Pneumatic training utilises air instead of a traditional weight stack. Meaning the resistance curve is the same throughout the movement allowing you to perform explosive exercises, traditional resistance exercises, plyometrics and a variety of functional & creative exercises.
